Emily's Hearth is our food partner — a pizzaiolo revered for her Neapolitan classic meets California avant garde wood-fired pies.

Long-fermented sourdough crust from organic Pennsylvania wheat. Local produce. Hand-stretched Jersey Artisan fresh mozzarella. San Marzano Italian plum tomatoes.

Emily's Hearth pizza is available Friday through Sunday — Fri 4–9, Sat 2–10, Sun 1–7 — to enjoy in the tasting room or our lounge, or to take home with you in a box.

She's also available for private events at the brewery, and we co-host a seasonal series of beer-and-pizza pairing dinners.
